A Family Stroll

The day after Thanksgiving we gathered again, supplied a plethora of different pizzas from around town, and some played the drawing game again (I think it’s also a drinking game, but there weren’t any such shenanigans today). With this picture drawing game you get three cards and three minutes to draw something that’ll explain what you’ve drawn from the stack of little cards. Charlotte drew the funniest by far tonight.

Before we came back for the game, we tried to go see the parade, but it’s not until tomorrow night. We walked 25th up and down, I snapped a few quick pictures (I forget how long it takes to take night pictures. I’m usually alone and can meander aimlessly until I see something I want to photograph). None of the images I took tonight “feel” right, but the barbershop had potential, and I’m sure if I go back with all of the “window” displays open there are some fun images waiting.

That just about does it. We really enjoyed hanging out as a family, it is always fun to have all my kids and family together at once (Dayton made it tonight too!), and I really appreciate my sister and mother spending the money and time to come stay close to where I live.

Charlotte will be back for/around New Years so there’ll be some more family stuff around then (belated Christmas etc). I am pretty sure we’ll be running up to Pocatello for the New Years visit.

Love you all and thank you for letting my pop a flash in your face for a few days :).
