A Christmas Story: The Musical – Dinner

Jamie snagged us (Jamie, Charlotte, Indy, and me) show tickets for x-mas. Tonight we went to Centerville (Centerpoint Theater) and checked it out. I have to say, it was a complete success, would recommend. Of course no cameras inside, so I took a few at In-n-Out after the show.

Here’s the kids, looking unimpressed about being up after 10:30 at night.

Anyhow, Charlotte hammered a picture off. Good composition, nice focus, and the colors are interesting. Nice job CharChar.

While we were sitting there I also played with some bokeh and showed Charlotte the differences. First is F/5.0 and the second is F/2.0, much more blur with the wide open F/2.0. This is one of the plethora of things a phone can’t do w/out a lot of behind the scenes software magic. The Pixel and iPhone are two examples of phones with very active software behind the scenes.

Anyhow, we were all tired at dinner, but it was good to get some food in us. I for one had a few too many expensive chocolate coated salted caramel balls.

Always special to spend time with the ones you love. ~me
