A hike into nature’s therapy. Sweating out the thoughts, writing down the process, letting things go.

Fruity Heights Checking In
Hiking above Fruit Heights Utah. Little check in for myself, nice views, cool wind, and good workout.
Feel The Burn – In a Good Way
Decent hike up above Layton, Utah. There’s a lot of construction going on, so getting to the trail head is a friggin’ dizazter! (Utah norm).
Flag Rock Trail – Long and Difficult Work
A long hard hike to make sure I had time to work on myself. Inflict physical pain enough I had no choice but to still my mind, and let my thoughts process with out me guiding them around. I hope tomorrow has another difficult hike in store, I need more nature therapy :).
Detour, Restore, Keep Climbing
Unexpected hike, lots of random thinking, kept myself true, and took a lot of pictures.
Hiking is a safe place to exfoliate your emotions :).
Random Hike, Missing Person, I Needed This
Just a rambling of thoughts, thinking out loud, textualizing ideas, and clarifying my thought process.
Sand Puppies, and Long Thoughts
I promise, this post isn’t all about these rarely seen bugs. There was work to be done, work was done, spirits are high, the mind is clear, and I guess I just need more patience.
Big Ole’ Loopty Loop
Nice moderately hard hike to keep the mind going well, body working hard, and creative juices flowing.
Malan’s Peak Pt. II
Group hike up to Malan’s Peak. Really fun, not nearly as difficult as the other week, and lots of fun with the entire group.
Kokanee Skullcrack Trail
Really great hike up past Pineview Reservoir. Really relaxed, learned a few things from our host, and had a tasty burger and a beer at the Shooting Star Saloon.
Watching Sky Candy @ Tunnel Springs
A wonderful hike, wonderful skycandy, long over due conversations, and some hard pills to digest and grow from. 100% gratitude, respect, and appreciation from the deepest parts of my heart.
Hiking Buddies, Spiritual Journeys, and Great Stories
Second time hiking this trail, first time with a new friend. I love hiking alone, but sometimes, it’s nice to hike with a voice that isn’t in your head.
Whoa (N)ALLY What Do I Do?
This hike was quite a bit different than my normal hikes. Tonight I wasn’t in my head, working through an issue I was dealing with, guilt I was working on forgiving myself for, and I wasn’t hiking to get a circular thought out of my mind. Tonight, I was thinking about being in the dating world again. The people I’ve […]
Limber Pine Trail
Went on a hike with a new friend. I made us a picnic lunch, she provided a new trail to explore. It was a really nice, relaxing, day. I highly recommend Limber Pine Trail if you just want an easy, smooth, walk in the shade (With peek-a-boo glimpses of Bear Lake).
Hell Canyon – Not Really A Canyon
Weird little hike, great views, non-existent canyon, and great wind, rain, and cool temps.
Power Line Trail – Neutral Results
As basic as the trail tonight.
Scary Night Hike, Good’ish Images
Another night hike, but this one felt creepy, a little scary, and was pretty difficult due to the steepness, and how dark it was.
Dug Deep, Pushed Through, That Sucked
Hard hike to clean out the bull shit that seems to build up in my mind every few days.
Father Son: A Different Adventure
Perry Canyon Hike with Indy. Really nice morning, quirky trail, and a fun old gold mine with a GeoCache at the entrance.
Crowded Trails, Crowded Thoughts
Morning hike, lots of being in your own head, a random run in with a very special friend, and feeling pretty crunchy inside again.
